Well there is another surprise. A Democrat Congresswoman shooting off her mouth without knowing what she is talking about.

They say Ramos was employed by the Bureau of Labor Statistics as a Computer Engineer for 6 years. As Maryland doesn't have the death penalty, Ramos might be able to draw a deferred annuity upon reaching 62, assuming he was a GS type employee. While it wouldn't be that much, 6% of his high-three, that would really suck. Why can't the Congress come up with rules like Social Security that if you are incarcerated you do not receive the annuity.

"Buy a shotgun" ~ Joe Biden

If these folks, (all Marylanders), were not threatened with prison for exercising the Constitutionally guaranteed right to carry a firearm, then maybe he could have been taken out while he was reloading one shotgun shell at a time while inserting those shells into the feed tube of that shotgun. Just maybe.

Along that line of thought, a skilled shooter might have double-tapped him center mass while he was racking the slide between shots.
