I'd be interested to know if he had a base sticker.. military, or civilian..

and I can't believe the cops said they can't do anything unless THEY witness it.. doesn't make much sense. Especially when we have TWO people that have seen him.

No not TWO people, a co-worker of mine has seen him as well. And yes that is what the police told me - I could not believe it. I am wondering if I should contact the police again with this current info....maybe just maybe they will listen this time.

I'm usually told I am wrong because I AM wrong. It's just nice to be right once in awhile. I aspire to my siggy line.

Seems like the next person that sees him needs to take a pic with their cell phone and email it to the cops. Really, with that much info on the sick little prick, it seems some charges could be persued.
