Block Glass windows

having a hard time searching for any manufacturer who is willing to post prices!

also....dimensions do NOT match the frame of my basement windows.

I am willing to order, fit, & seal to get better energy maintenance...but I just can't find a producer who will ship it: everybody want to come install it and give me a "free estimate" ie Pressure sales.

Anybody buy glass block windows and put them in yourself? I could use a couple tips here.
TIA,
Hessian

**Found one site: http://wvglassblock.com/fabricated_panels_pricing.php

4 windows...$410 & shipping...hmmmmmm :coffee:

I have premanufactured glass block windows in my master bathroom. They came fully assembled as a window unit (two regular sized and one triple width) and installed like regular windows. I don't know where the builder ordered them from, but let me see if I can find out more information on them.

Greyhound...

Funny: I checked Lowes....failed to check home depot: That quote of 134 w/ vent looks like...a good possibility.
(I just hope it seals up well. (I am trying to prevent heat loss from my wood stove.)

Thanks for looking Jazz!

I'm glad my link worked...I deleted my post because the link didn't work for me.

I've got glass block windows in my master bathroom as well. The house is only five years old and there is a leak along the bottom. I'm not very happy with these and I'm considering replacing with a regular window.
