That's not cheese. It's annual maintenance grease for the washer/dryer.
We stopped at Sur La Table up in the new Annapolis Town Center after we hit Whole Foods and had lunch at Gordon Biersch.
This is the one I got and it was only $12.00.
That's gorgeous.
But still not as bad as the ones in the "special case" going for as high as $30 a pound.
