Got tickets to go in May up at the National Theater in DC. Has anyone seen them recently? I have always wanted to see them in person but am not sure what to expect as the seats are front row. Do I need to bring anything special like ear protection? Or a raincoat like Gallagher's Sledge-O-Matic performances?

I saw them around 20 years ago in Las Vegas. Definitely don't recall anything for which you will need a raincoat for protection.

Ed Zachary! They do some stuff where they are beating on drums with colored water and wanted to make sure we are not in the splash zone unprotected.
