It CAN work, just depends on how bad the situation is, and if someone is available to get them.

See, I think we have a different definition of "work" and a different idea of what happens if the cops "get them". I'm into consequences that lead to behavior corrections. I'm sure that MBT was inconvenienced slightly, but it's unlikely he'll mend his wicked ways and drive safely from now on.

Im glad a took 2 mins of my time to call him in.

I'm glad you did, too, because at least it kept him from killing someone else for a few minutes. Like I said, better than nothing. And my beef is not with you for calling him in - you did the right thing - it's with our justice system for not keeping these dangers off the streets.
