Boat hull repair advice

Hey guys, a friends boat was damage. It looks like minor stuff the white(clear coat) that covers the actual fiver was removed in a few places. Any recommendations for a good place around here. Thanks.

I would take it to Zahnheisers (spelling?) in Solomons. The painter on their staff is one of the best in the area.
