We've had lots of work done by Bob Green and would highly recommend them. They're great! The guys that came out to our house were excellent! Very polite, worked well as a team, got everything done in a timely manner, and you couldn't even tell they had been there when they left. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up!

McGee and Bob Green were in line with each other with prices. I unfortunately went with the lowest bidder, Camelot Contractors, and they did a really crappy job. They did my windows a few years back, and thought since I was pleased then, I would get them again for siding, and boy, was I mistaken! Looks like a Harry-homeowner job, and I had to have another contractor fix a lot of errors where there was going to be water leak problems.

Don't know about many others, but Bob Green is just an extremely nice person. He's been extremely successful and yet he still hustles, returns calls, comes on the job, etc. Something you don't see with a lot of successful people.

:yeahthat: Having met him on a personal level before doing business with him, he was pretty down to earth for a man that owns his own airplane.

We bought our siding from him and did it ourselves. He was very helpful and even gave us some free hardware and insulation boards to try. He even came with the guys that delivered it to see if we had any questions on what to do and how.

Not to highjack the thread, but does anyone know if they install/replace exterior doors such as french doors/sliding glass doors?

Well, I know he does roofing now, and his building I believe says Bob Green siding and construction. Just call and ask.

My experience with Bob Green wasn't great. The installers left a mess in the yard (construction trash, cigarette butts, etc), and the quality of work was sub par. Almost immediately siding started coming off the house and still comes off/hangs at an angle on a regular basis. He wasn't responsive to complaints and basically told me I was nuts for questioning him on the quality of work that was done. This was probably 4-5 years ago.

How hard was that? Did it take forever to do?

Nomoney is a strapping young man, and he and his....eeeerrrrr......partner work really well together as a team, so installing siding was a pretty easy task for them to complete. :yay:

 Thanks. I'm betting my hubby could do it, but wanting to do it is a whole other story,. I'd love to have the windows replaced at the same time but I'd be lucky to do the siding alone. We have wood siding and I'm thinking within the next year or two it'll need a new coat of paint, :frown:
