Both Loops Of Beltway Closed For Overturned Truck

WASHINGTON -- Hazmat workers are responding to a report of an overturned tanker on the Beltway.

Both loops of the Beltway are closed for the incident between University Boulevard and New Hampshire Avenue. Authorities are investigating the possibility of a substance leaking from the tanker.
