Word on the street is Johnny Gott bought Bowens. Anyone else hear that?

Does that mean the giant Cow would be replaced by a giant Fastop sign?

Yup, done deal. I'm sure it's a race between McKonkey and Gott to see who can put up a convenience store the quickest in that area.

Sure is convenient that McConkey owns the lot across Rt.4 and voted to make Huntingtown a town center.

Might go get me an Italian sub or a breakfast sandwich soon.

What did you expect by electing Calvert Democrats to be County Commissioners? This is just like the old days 35 years ago. At least the current Treasurer doesn't deposit the property tax payments into her personal account like used to happen.

Notice how that new church is modeled like a storefront.... money money money money

Church is big business apparently.

And it'll get bigger. They plan on expanding and adding a basement in the future.

I know one thing, there's not enough Churches in the area.....Only about 15 in a 2 mile radius.

I hope county voters learn from their mistakes (not they we did during the last election).

.,..Chinese food, tattoo shop,...

On a complete tangent - I may be in the market for a new tattoo. The place where I got my existing ink no longer exists, and the couple of places I've looked, I'm not really sucked in by their selection.

Where is the most talented tattoo artists in the area? Price isn't a consideration, since I'm taking the artwork to my grave, I'm not going to scrimp.

Please don't just throw random tattoo shop names at me. I can (and did) google that myself.
I want to know who's good.

Is Red Octopus still there in Prince Fred? They do a nice job.

Ink Wizard in Hollywood is really good. I know several people who got work done there - some of it extensive and intricate.

They're there. Apparently I'll have to stop by to see their work. Whenever I google red octopus tattoos, this is the kind of crap I get:

So far, mostly abstract. I could be persuaded to get something a little more … opposite of abstract.

Check out Tim and Dana's portfolios. I know some of Tim's work is on their Facebook. Not sure if there is a website.
