There aren't too many reputable ones in the area but I highly recommend Beth Downey. She is the Secretary of the Maryland Boxer Club.

I would love to rescue a boxer, I've been looking for another dog for a couple of months now, but I submitted an application to one of the larger, supposedly more reputable boxer rescue groups....and was declined! I was very dissappointed in the email reply i recieved which merely said...Your application was declined, thanks, name of boxer rescue! I mean, no explanation or nothing!!!!!!!
