Exactly and no one is forcing you to accept their lifestyle. Allowing gays to marry does not mean you have to accept their lifestyle but because you want to live your lifestyle does not mean they cannot live their lifestyle. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness isn't something that only applies to those who live your lifestyle.

I was not aware that life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness was a right.
I always thought that it was in the Declaration of Independence.

But, even still, saying you can pursue happiness would indicate that you also have a chance of not obtaining it.

what if your happiness causes someone else to be unhappy.

You might want to review the Declaration of Independence.

JFC, are you two kidding me?

Treating them like humans doesn't mean you have gay/lez friends so you are nice to their face, then bash any gay person on a public forum behind a computer screen.

Treating them like a human means you don't judge someone based on their lifestyle, you judge someone by the way they act.

After reading through this thread, it shows that even people of god don't have the luxury of having humility.

We, as a society have, and will continue to grow. I'm not gay, and have no desire to be gay, but I don't give 2 sh!ts what two, consenting adults do in their own home, and as far as I'm concerned, neither should any of you.

You're nothing more than a hypocritical jackass who uses the lord as a reason to be a bigot.

Then that person is a sad, sad individual who puts more focus on someone else's life, than their own.

That's much more of a personal problem, than a legislative problem.

as in the lesbos that couldnt get a cake from the baker in question? or the gays that think they should be allowed to force themselves where they are obviously not wanted?

You might want to check and see if the declaration of Independence gives rights.
or, it that the Constitution that does that.
Neither. God gives us our rights. The Declaration acknowledges those rights, and the Constitution protects them.
