A client of a hospital where they performed brain transplants asked about the prices. The surgeon said,
"Well, this Harvard Ph.D. brain costs $10,000. This brain here belonged to a top NASA scientist and costs $15,000. Oh, we also have a nice one from an Air Force retiree as well. It costs $50,000.
The client said, "What? $50,000. How's that possible?" The doctor replied, "Well, as you can see, it's never been used."
