Hope it wasn't a NK Nuke test

I report, you decide. :shrug:hvp05 said:So you have no real information and just felt like being alarmist? Thanks.
I'm deciding... no big deal. :shrug:AndyMarquisLIVE said:Magnitude 4.2 earthquake.
The alert had said "Earthquake hits Tokyo" :shrug:hvp05 said:I'm deciding... no big deal.
Similar to the one in California a couple weeks ago that was put all over the news... yeah, those three boxes of cereal that fell off the store shelf were a major loss.
A 2.8 can "hit" a city too... and nobody would even know it. 4.2 Mag. is still well within the "minor damage" range.AndyMarquisLIVE said:The alert had said "Earthquake hits Tokyo"

bcp said:japanese people are short. closer to the ground.
it takes more wobbling for them to fall over than a taller person like, lets say an American.
taking this into consideration, their earthquake of 4.2 would be very small due to their low center of gravity.
it would take a much greater quake to knock them over.
no big deal, shows over, nothing to see here,, move on.
