I got to meet Bob Feller during an autograph signing event in the early 80's. Campbell's Soup was sponsoring him on a tour of military and navel bases. He was in the lobby of the base commissary. I did get a copy of the base newspaper and a baseball signed by him.
He warned the guy in line ahead of me: "DON'T get me started on that Fuxxing Hanoi Jane."

At least Orville Redenbacher was qualified to speak about such things - he majored in plant science in college, then made it his career.
