Count 2 - burglurary.
Count 3 - Kidnaping.
Count 4 - Sexual battery of a child under 12 years of age.

Guilty on all counts.

Sentencing trial begins Tuesday.

My dad has said for years that we should bring back public hangings and I'm inclined to agree with him. I'd lead Couey up to the gallows myself. Hell, I'm kinda shocked Jessica's dad hasn't done anything to him yet, the glares he's given Couey in the courtroom are absolutely chilling. Talk about 'if looks could kill...'

If that were my kid he molested and killed, there'd be no lawyers. There'd be a speedy trial and quick sentencing and swift action on that sentence. Alow me to elaborate: I'd be the judge, jury, bailiff and executioner. :burning:
