Breezeline TV Service...out?

Found out that the hard drive in the TIVO box has died. Technician is on the way with a replacement!

Nope, we have Breezeline but we're in St. Mary's. Also, not a service issue, it was a hardware issue (but the receiver IS "refurbished"). They sent a technician out who replaced the unit and we're back in business. Can't complain about their Customer Service.

A real mechanical hard drive, or digital? I would've thought mechanical drives would have been phased out for reliability.
