Thanks for telling me to get my Blue Tooth cell phone headset last night, while I was getting embarassed and getting my ass handed to me.

Son left early, he's not used to losing, and losing THAT bad on a video game

COD3 World at War.. Damn that's a fun game.. and GREAT online gaming. >70,000 players on the server at any one time.

I don't know how many death matches I played where the results were Kills:1 Revived: 0 Deaths: 32

I have it, but haven't played it online yet.

Oldest son and I got each other COD3 for Christmas so we could play it online together.

Now we have to figure out how to play cooperative mode and make our way through the game from beginning to end.

what were you guys playing? Team Deathmatch? I kept getting invites from BL but everytime i would try to join you would be in a match and vice versa....

Me and my son were trying to get together in a private match to play the campaign Cooperatively.. would NEVER let us connect. We tried for HOURS in cooperative play, then we went to Team Death Match and we got to play a few times together in there, after we lucked out and it found us both the same game at the same time.. little SOB killed me once 5 seconds into the round, and a second time off of a water tower after I shot him THREE times.

To say we were under-impressed with the online game play is an understatement.

When we actually got to play it was fun enough, but it shouldn't be such a pain in the butt to play in the first place.

I play Plenty on Cable .... IL-2 1946, HL2, Iron Storm, Chaser, COD, Counter Strike ...

Anarchy Online, Warcraft, Dungeon Runners, Guild Wars ....


EDIT: and when my son is over we both play the same games on the same connection ...

I have the highest grade speed for my cable and have had no connection issues.

I'm not sure what your speed is.
