Building behind RC theaters

Yooper

Up. Identified. Lase. Fire. On the way.
So I guess no one knows? Or am I not in on the joke?

If you are talking about the old sand/gravel company across from Aldi's and next to the theater, I believe that is going to be a Royal Farms.
For gods sake instead of having to enter at the traffic light I sure hope they have their own entrance on RT235 or people will never be able to figure out how to get into it.

On the other hand, I would prefer not having any more entrances/exits directly onto the freeway. It would be safer for all traffic to turn at the light. At least only half the drivers run the red lights instead of 90% failing to yield to oncoming traffic.

Highly doubt it since it's at the end of the road.
Honestly, I remember seeing something, I thought on this board, about the project. Back before COVID.
