Hmmm... it sounds to me like the this judge has officially announced that minority people are feeble minded... inept... unable to grasp the complexities of a ballot that white people apparently understand with ease? Where's the outcry from Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton? I think they should encourage black Americans to boycott this election. 
Once again, we see why we need judges who won't legislate from the bench. The law clearly states what the specifics of the process are, and once again a Liberal judge has opted to blow off the law when it is a hinderance to a Democrat.

I really think that Californians deserve what they chose and ought to HAVE TO keep Davis.
