My house has a concrete slab front porch that we never use. I'm thinking about moving the outside wall out to the front edge of the porch to make my living room a little bigger. Anyone have any information to offer as to a contractor that might be interested in looking at it and giving me an estimate? The size is about 15' x 12'.
I also need a plumber to possibly add/move some supply lines and a drain in the kitchen to add a dishwaher.
And lastly, my house has an old boiler unit which supplies hot water heat and hot water for household use, too. I'd like to find someone who knows about this to advise and give an estimate as to separating the heat from household use and installing a tankless hot water heater.
I'm in Prince Frederick, if it makes a difference.
