Ola' Folks and Happy New Year...
Currently have a bundled package with Verizon (internet, home phone, cell phone). Had a wired DSL connection, but after 6 events of trucks barreling down my road to beat the rt 4 traffic, and the wired connection being taken out, I went wireless. Problems soon followed, with the wireless route.
After inactivity, Verizon cancelled my e-mail account without any notification. Verizon customer "landline"subject calls were most un-productive. As it was explained to me, "since you cancelled your landline account, you are no longer eligible for a Verizon email account.
Of course there's the matter of saved emails, contacts, blah, blah, being lost.
Calling Verizon customer services for any of these services is a PIA! Most aspects of the Verizon empire have been divided into individual companies. I've been a Verizon customer for many years and have had enough!
So, any recommendations for a bundled package comm package? Sorry, about the rant, but I needed to vent and what better place to rant then this forum!
