Crematorium may use its heat to warm mourners

"LONDON (Reuters Life!) - A British crematorium is considering using heat from its body-burning furnaces to also keep the mourners warm in its chapel.

The council for the district of Tameside near Manchester is considering recycling the heat from the furnaces of its crematorium in Dukinfield as part of a drive to reduce carbon emissions."

Makes sense to me. I unhook the vent from my dryer during the winter and let that heat help heat the room when the dryer is in use.

I use to work with a guy that had an inline adapter of some sorts where he could re-direct his dryer air into his duct work to run the hot air into the ducts! It had a trap for lint just incase he had some blow by in the exhaust...
