So with that being said how would you address a school need one or two additional classrooms, build an addition every time this comes up? Can't be done as it would never be funded by the State and that's where more than 50% of the schools' budget comes from for construction.

I have faith in the value of our home - St. Mary's County - and our value does not have to be in servitude to a Navy Base with out-of-control growth that overloads our entire infrastructure. Click, "Capital Improvement Fund", then bottom of the first paragraph for info.

See this link shows the "facts" and that is what I believe. Additional NEW relocatable trailers for our overcrowded schools.
