Bush Loyalist Now Sees a White House Dangerously Soft on Iran and North Korea

Ubi bene ibi patria
"WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 — The White House’s effort to challenge Iran’s nuclear ambitions has been hobbled by “four and a half years of failed diplomacy.” Its policy regarding North Korea is a dangerous fraud. It is pursuing an improbable Palestinian-Israeli peace at the expense of its stance against proliferation in the Middle East.

And that from a longtime Bush loyalist: John R. Bolton, the conservative lawyer who until less than a year ago was President Bush’s proudly unwavering ambassador to the United Nations.

Mr. Bolton, long viewed by liberal critics as a villain on the Bush team, has since emerged as the administration’s most outspoken critic from the right, rebuking his former boss in interviews, in op-ed articles and now in a book. For a man who rushed to Florida in 2000 to join the Bush campaign’s legal fight during the disputed vote recount, the disappointment sounds personal."

I agree with Mr. Bolton, but we have to look at this from the standpoint of the President.

Mr. Bolton doesnt have to face a Democrat House that wants to appease.A House that wants to destroy him. He doesnt have to face a Democrat Senate that wants to take away Presidential powers, and destroy his administration. He doesnt have to face Republican politicians who are having a problem with shriveling scrotums when media reports are against them.

Mr. Bolton doesnt have to face a cowering American public who would rather kiss the asses of terrorists than do what we all know is right. Mr. Bolton doesnt have to try and build a military while the media is charging that military with murder and atrocities.
Mr. Bolton doesnt have to try to hold this country together while CAIR ACLU and NAACP are trying to tear it apart.

I like Bolton ,I liked the way he worked in the UN, but look what the politicians did to him when he was outspoken and told the truth in the UN. Now he is on the outside and can say anything he wants, but he no longer has any power. They destroyed Bolton and they want to destroy the President.

...neither did Bush. W has done what he thought best for each decision he has made. Bush chose his actions just like Clinton and every other President we've ever had.
