Bush used his weather machine (the same one that created Hurricane Katrina and the California Inferno of 2007) to make it snow ... in Iraq.
There is visual proof of this smow in Baghdad, for the first time in recorded history.

Now, there are three options to explaining this weather phenomenon.
1: Bush used his weather machine to create this weather event to shock the Iraqis and bring peace to the Middle East. This is probable since he IS in the Middle East.
2: Global warming ... or is it global cooling now?
3: Strange stuff happens. But this is not possibly the case because EVERYTHING has a scientific reason behind it, EVERYTHING. And science points to George Bush because he's to blame for everything.
