Turn off the camera? That’s your job! What do you THINK a press secretary does anyway? Too aggressive? What, should they kiss your ass and send a polite text?

See, to me, it’s the job of a press secretary to always be ready to give an answer. Especially when you’ve had THREE WEEKS to prepare one.

I don't think I've seen more transportation disasters occur in any administration the way they have piled up in this one - from supply chain shortages, strikes, airplane shutdowns and the like. And he seems to be either asleep at the wheel or just phoning it in.

Let's remember, his previous experience was being a mayor of an middle sized city for eight years. That's it. For that, people were thinking of putting him in charge of the whole country.

But a PRESS SECRETARY - their JOB is to answer reporters, not push them away when they aren't softball questions and fawning admiration. The press secretary takes the heat from the rest of the media and public. And as I wrote, she's had weeks to have answers for every question on this subject, and she appears to have never had to answer anybody, at least not in person.
