Real estate is an emerging field in the busy Chennai city. Chennai, considered as a metropolitan city in the recent era, has many avenues for the real estate business. There are many properties, houses, flats, apartments and villas for sale, rent or lease. Chennai has developments in the urban and also suburban areas. Developments and amenities are not constrained to the city limits. The city limits have business ventures, offices, establishments and other organisations. There are many office spaces, rentals and leased out spaces available in the prime location of the city. The suburban areas around the city are primarily used for residential purposes. Employed persons and job seekers live in these areas that have proximity to the city. There are many residential plots and properties available in these areas. There are also many villas, apartments, houses and flats in these localities. These residential plots and properties are available for rent, sale and lease. There is an increasing demand for the properties and real estate in chenna owing to the recent developments in the city. The growing city has plenty of opportunities that benefit people who are living around. The city has large fraction of adult population living in the suburbs and township. Chennai is also famous for its tinsel town, many people live around the city for the filmdom. Many of the celebrities live around the city and their fans prefer to live around them. There are many famous housing projects that will resolve the space problems in the city.

Great I have been looking for a country to open a slaughterhouse for cattle using cheap child labor. I will have to look into this.

I think we have been hacked. Does vrai know?

I don't think it's a hack. Just someone did a one time register and post.

They might be back, I was hoping to ask them if there were any good places to grab a steak there.

And in my best Belushi voice: "How much for the little girl?"

One of these ads entice ya to go? :killingme

I was just sitting here drinking my coffee and thinking about how this goes down.

I am not familiar at all with the Marketing world. I assume this fellow works for some marketing outfit or maybe the local version of the Chamber of Commerce, just guessing. Anyway, his goal is to get the word out about real estate opportunities. Ok so he sits at his computer figuring on how to go about his day. Finds SOMD.Online somehow, goes through the registration process. and then posts his little canned advertisement.

Ok he made his effort I guess. But I am assuming he reports to some higher up and at the end of the day sums up all his efforts to his boss. Reports to him that he got the word out by posting on the world famous SOMD.online. Boss gives him a pat on the back and an attaboy.

First off if the real estate opportunities are so great in your area it's probably because it sucks there and nobody wants to be there. Secondly, if this is the best you can do for an advertising or promotional effort ya might wanna rethink your strategy just a tad.

Also, if people need to buy cattle on the black market there to get a steak, your ch*t sucks and you should probably just STFU and quit trying to get people to come there. MOVE! :killingme

Not black market, the hotel had a lot of beef based dishes, and I'm pretty sure the Hilton chain isnt going black market. Wasn't there for real estate :) And cant really say I saw any real estate I would consider buying. Even the nicest places were surrounded by teeming masses of traffic and people, endless noise, streets that barely functioned, services.....eh, sorta...

I'll admit I am unfamiliar with the place. Did not recognize it so had to google it. Started seeing plenty of write ups about Child Labour issues as well as groups being arrested for the illegal transport and sale of cattle. Seems to be somewhat of an issue.

Doesn't exactly look like the kinda place one would look into for investment opportunities.

As for the beef thing, they seem to have an issue with WAY to may illegal slaughterhouse operations there. Probably too much beef but most of it goes through no real inspection processes or oversight.

"Cows are routinely shipped to states with lower or no requirement for slaughter, even though most States make it illegal to transport the animals for slaughter across State borders.[3][4] Many illegal slaughterhouses operate in large cities such as Chennai and Mumbai. While there are approximately 3,600 slaughterhouses operating legally in India, there are estimated to be over 30,000 illegal slaughterhouses.[5] Efforts to close them down have, so far, been largely unsuccessful. In 2013, Andhra Pradesh estimated that there were 3,100 illegal and 6 licensed slaughterhouses in the State. An investigation by a newspaper found that tens of thousands of cattle are sold annually for slaughter from a market in just one of that State's 23 districts.[6]"

I was kinda hoping he would come back. Might be able to fill in some details for us. I think he posted here because he saw you were looking at an investment opportunity in Texas and was trying to lay out an alternative for you.

He's a hit and run spammer. I reported him to the Stop Spam website so they can warn other forum sites to not to approve his registrations.

We get these guys on the chargerforums all the time. but we have I think four or five Super Moderators, and two admins to police things so they get hammered pretty fast. Vrai, got a link, I'm not sure our admins do that reporting thing.

I believe there's an issue in India with illegal cattle stuff, just also pretty sure at what Hilton charges, they can do it legally. when there, saw a show detailing the life and times of a "street dentist". not this show, but gives you the idea......

Stop Forum Spam

When people register for the forums I manually approve them before they can post (although clearly sometimes they slip through). I run their email, username, and IP through the search above and if they show up on the naughty list - bye bye! Then if I catch one that they don't have listed, like this guy, I submit them to the database.
