Cable Internet and Phone

Moving to the area and will need cable internet and phone. Who's got the goods, and who does it right? Will be working from home , so can not deal with connectivity issues. We'll be in Lexington Park. Thanks in advance...

Metrocast cable internet, Verizon phone.

I have MetroCast high speed internet and use Vonage for my phone. Works for me.

I also have Verizon phone, both land and cell.
