Mainman...I spoke with my sneaky snake.

He said the guy he knew with a repair shop in the location you quoted had the CB handle Green Apple. He said his name was Wayne. He also said at one time there was a partner in the business named charley.

Snakes name is/was Wayne I just got off the phone with wayne jr.

The guy that went into business with snake\wayne was named (real name duke) his handle was bullfrog...

The name Green Apple is very familiar... I dont really remember every little detail... but... I know for a fact that wayne/snake had the shop on Alex ferry road... Maybe they were all partners...:shrug:

This very possible... Those CBers all knew each other. There was a big front page article in the 70's that featured my Sneaky Snake and a state trooper from Charles County. It was a word for word account of there conversations on the radio.

Maybe he shortened it to Snake..after he found out about the other saneaky snake. It was an unwritten rule in CB world that two people not have the same handle. My Sneaky is/was very well know in the CB world all over MD, VA, DC, well the whole east coast. not to brag or anything. :whistle:

I believe he used to invite people over to the house when he talked to them on the radio. Whether he knew them or not. :lmao:
