i cant get my cats to stand on a scale, so to weigh them at home, i weigh myself, and then i weigh my self with the cat. so if i weigh 110 lbs, and then get on the scale with fat kitty and it pops up 125 lbs, then my kitty is 15 lbs (125 lbs - 110 lb = 15lbs of cat)

well that was my plan and tried it but I guess she is too small or my particular digital scale isn't sensitive enough because the numbers didn't change whether I was holding her or not. But that was a week or so ago...I should try it again.

Well seems Gracie may have a home..phredsmom is interested...yay phredsmom! I will be taking little Gracie to her already scheduled vet appt first to get her FLV test and first shots. Then we will all go from there. Thank you so much to everyone! If for some reason it doesn't work out I may be back on here later but I don't forsee a problem. Thanks again to everyone!!

I hope it all works out. What a beautiful girl she is! I had a calico for many, many years. She lived to be 19 yrs old and was the sweetest girl.

Haven't heard anything back about Gracie. Please let me know how she is doing and if I can still take her.
