California could be next state to bypass the bar exam

So it seems that the scholars of color aren't doing well enough to pass the bar exam like, I dunno, everyone else who is required to do so in order to practice law in the United States.

Well, clearly, the answer is complex. Systemic racism is the cause; lowering the standards is the solution.

“Candidates who choose this licensing path will avoid the heavy expense of preparing for the traditional bar exam—a burden that falls disproportionately on historically disadvantaged groups, including first-generation graduates, women, and candidates of color,” according to a report on the proposal.

What's next, air traffic controllers? Medical doctors?

Wait until they run into the "bi-lingual" hurdle.

In California, "must be bilingual" doesn't mean Korean, Japanese, Swahili, German, Russian, or any other known language (despite every, single piece of paper published by the State being in ALL of the known languages). Bilingual in California means "Spanish and English." That's it. That's the sum total of what the state of California means when it advertises for jobs, and the ads say "must be bilingual."

And if you ask if your lawyer passed the bar you will be labeled racist.

Honestly considering some of the clown shows that *did* pass the bar exam, it can't be too hard. Might as well get rid of it.

I assume "bilingual" means English and Ebonics.

Somehow I suspect the amazing feat of sending a spacecraft to an asteroid and bringing material back was done by orientals and the white debil.
