I need to find a home for a black Lab that has been coming to my house since he was a year old he has been to the shelter and comes back every time .. He looks like he has been in fested with fleas he is losing his hair at the base of his tail and other places .. I called animal control and they said that if he has been there more then 3 times he is considered a nusence. He is likly going to be put down.. He is a good obedient dog ver plafull ..
