Hank! Hy husband uses orange (most hills), white (some hills), and silver (fewest hills) for his runs. And, he says red goes down to the beach, but you probably know that. Hope this info is helpful.

Red is easiest and has the most people on it. Blue and yellow get you away from people and aren't very steep.
Orange/White is the best workout.
