Calvert County Birthday Party Locations

I went to Cove Point Water park today for the first time and loved it. I thought it would be a great place to have a kid's birthday party, but my daughter's birthday is in May before the park opens. You can't have food inside the pool areas, but there is a picnic area right outside the fence. We brought a grill and did hot dogs, etc. It was really nice. You may check to see if they have a website and can get info there if you are interested.

I rented "Maggie Moos" in dunkirk. Had the party before the store opened for business for the day. The owner was very nice. Maggie Moo made an appearance for pics..and all the girls got to take a tour of the store (behind the scenes) make thier own icecream..make waffle cones etc..They got goodie bags to take home. It was one of the best parties we've done. I'm like you...don't want all those kiddos messing up my house..lol

Calypso Bay and the Tiki Bar is a good birthday party spot.... Oh wait this is for little kids right, woops!

Dunkirk Park? I took kids to a b-day party there and it was fun - the kids got to run free, get rowdy & there was minimal clean-up.
Smokey-Joe's? Last time I went there, a kids' party was in full swing. It was pirate themed, had a dude in a pirate outfit with a big huge head walking around. They had a treasure chest, etc.
Chesapeake Water Park? I bet it's expensive.
Jim's Air? They rent moon bouncies, tables, chairs, etc. They will deliver and pick up.
We hosted the last party at Chuck E. Cheese's in Annapolis. The kids had a blast.
We take our older kids to Kings Diminion/Six Flags for their birthday and leave their friends out of it.

These responses are wonderful. My kids are still toddlers, so I am going to keep some of them for next year. Looks like this year will be the moon bounce in the yard...I wish we could do the Jump Yard - but it's too far for friends that live in northern calvert county. I wish we had a Jump Yard in calvert county.
