why on earth is a doctors office phones constantly down? all last week, and now this week. not an answering machine. im told that they have been having issues constantly with phones. wtf.

Worst med group in Md..left them 15 years ago, got tired of 5 rushed minutes with a doctor and a surly staff.

The more things change the more they stay the same. I'm waiting for the banks in Calvert to go back to M-F hours of 9-3 with an hour closed for lunch like years ago.
Medstar Medical Group at MSSM is just as bad. My wife will wait over an hour just to get a message to her doctor's nurse.
Have not experienced that at the outlying clinics where my appointments usually take place.
Lucky you. The waits are loooooong at the office on Miss Bessie Drive in Leonardtown
I go to either the Jarboe, Bean or Wildwood locations, and once in a while the Shanti building.

Start a healthy diet void of processed foods, sugars, refined carbohydrates, maybe some intermittent fasting, and a bit of exercise,and people won't have to put up with calling any doctors or medical groups. Think of all the stressful phone wait periods you won't need to out up with anymore.
