I'm buying. It's still relatively affordable and if it's that close to the water, it's a steal!cattitude said:It's about 1 minute and a half from where I live. Not a bad neighborhood. Houses are a little close for me but there's not much trouble in there. My d-i-l's parents live there. Many of my kids' friends lived there when growing up. You buying or renting?
