In Callaway is cheapest and the best (but I don't know if they are all licensed).
I've been to one in Leonardtown and was disgusted (sp) and couldn't believe the conversations and trash talk. They were VERY unprofessional. They talked bad about every body (customers and each other) after they left.
I hear the one by Best Buy has unlicensed people there but are cheap.
It's just hard finding a good one because sooner or later they leave or you find out they weren't licensed and got busted.

kim's in lexington park behind the big lots is good... so is spa nails next to best buy and the matress store. i wouldn't go to anyone else... the people in wildewood suck!
