Not equality-seeking, but equity-deserving. What a sh*t show this world is turning into.

Canadians can't post Canadian news online, at least on FB. Was anyone aware of that? I learned it a few weeks ago from some of my Canadian FB friends.

Through targeted admissions pathways for applicants who identify as Indigenous, Black or another equity-deserving group, the school is working to address persistent underrepresentation in medical schools and the medical profession more broadly.

Located in Brampton—a diverse and rapidly growing community shaped by increased immigration—TMU’s new School of Medicine offers a unique opportunity to address healthcare disparities and improve outcomes for racialized and vulnerable communities. The school will foster an inclusive, equitable and community-focused system, increasing healthcare capacity, in particular for underserved populations.

Excluding the more qualified student from medical school for some feel good, wacko social program? What could go wrong?

Instead of grandstanding, liberals could just stop discriminating.

What a concept.

Zhang Chu should just identify as Native American. It worked for a US senator, why not some dude with really high SAT & GPA.

If it medically "hits the fan" for these snowflake libs, and they need a risky procedure done, will they themselves take one of these less qualified doctors or arrange something else?

My money is on "the best for me, but not for thee".
