It sounds like quite a few people here have one form or another, who’s got what?

I’ll lead off, stage IV breast cancer for close to 20 years.

Sunday was the 10th anniversary of my 1st visit with my primary. About 7 1/2 weeks later, 14 May 2015, had the DX of a well defined Stage IB adenocarcinoma, which was confined to the head of the pancreas. I had a modified Whipple, kept all my stomach including the pylorus (food valve), on 2 June. I got the pathology report from my surgeon on 10 June, a few hours before being released to home. The tumor was re-staged to IIB due to size, NOT involvement. I did agree to chemo, just in case. I had 16 treatments with Gemzar from mid-July to Mid-December. No evidence of active, cancer related disease since the surgery.
