Even as a small boy playing sandlot baseball, I wanted to be a baseball announcer on TV like Dan Daniels and John McClain, announcers for Senators games... Curt Gowdy and Tony Kubek followed.... Didnt care much for "Baltimore's Chuck Thompson" or Phil Dobson, but whatever.....
