You think our President is a war criminal for invading Iraq, yes? You think our Vice President is a war criminal and a profiteer, right? You think US troops murder and rape and pillage regularly, correct? You think Blackwater is a bunch of blood thirsty mercenaries, right? You think we are no better than Osama bin Laden or Saddam, correct?
Remember early in the war when a US officer threatened to execute an Iraqi POW with his sidearm unless the bad guy gave up some piece of information? Remember the outrage in the media? Then you may also remember numerous reports coming to the officers defense that the information he extracted save the lives of his men.
So, based on your responses, there is slim chance we will ever agree on what is appropriate in terms of how we treat our enemies in response to a grave danger.

The friction created by the sides of your brains competing between what it says and the effort you both put into not understanding what it says has got to generate heat and, viola, that energy goes down the cables and hooks to the grid and we got power!

This is not a true comparison because no innocent person is being saved except in their self righteous and false justification to abuse prisoners.
What we really have is not innocent people being rescued - but prisoners being unjustly and unlawfully and inhumanely tortured. That is the reality as that is what is really going on and not that pretended rescue of innocent people.
There are no innocent people being saved as it is only a false claim to justify wrong-doing.
The injustices and immorality that the USA keeps pushing onto the whole world makes us all guilty of our national sins and criminality so there are no innocent Americans to protect because we are a guilty Country and we all share that same guilt in the USA.

Prisoners JPC, not some innocent bystanders. They are terrorists. They want you and I dead. I know you think it will never happen to you or is no big deal, but I don't want it to happen again and I trust that our government interrogates these prisoners in a manner that is in the best interest of this country and its national security. It's obvious you don't, which makes everything I am writing a waste of time, but your fear mongering against our government does nothing but embolden and encourage the enemy.
