Casino Night at HVFD

Hi everyone, I'm new here.

Anyone ever been to or know what they have at the Casino Night at the Hollywood fire house? It's in mid-February sometime. I checked their website but I don't see anything about it. Hubby's birthday is Feb 21 and he's really into Texas Hold Em. I thought this might be something cool to do for his birthday, depending on what they offer. Might be nice for some of us who don't want to sit for hours in a poker tournament.

They usually post stuff like that on their sign....I think they change it about once a week or so with the upcoming events

I've seen the signs, but they're not detailed.

Hubby plays at the FOP, every Friday night and some Sundays. He doesn't need to go to anymore.

No. never been.
I'll ask the guy running casino night if there will be slots. I'll see him tomorrow at the basketball game.

But someone needs to explain the difference to me of getting a ticket out of the slot machine at Rod-N-Reel, taking it to the bar and cashing it in, versus having the machine drops quarters into the tray. Either way, it's gambling.
