Cat Problem

I AM GUMBY DAMMIT
My neighbor loves stray cats. Problem is, they like to use my hosta bed as a litter box. I wondered what the mounds were and found out when I spread the mulch back out. Yup. Catsh!t on the hand. Damn cats. I don't want to hurt them, just keep them out of my mulch. If I spray ammonia around the border, would they stay away?? Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Take rags soaked in Pine Sol...spread about where the cats are going... the smell will keep away anything!
Just refresh the rags every few days...cats will go someplace else.
Ammonia just will attrack more critters..Good luck....
Use original scented pine sol.

Hey Vrai, spread some around the boards so forestool & slappy will stay away.

Some folks have success keeping cats off stuff by using motion sensors that emit an alarm when they sense motion. Radio Shack sells them for about $30.
