Cat throws up... Should I be worried?

Just a quick question

My cat just threw up. I'm not really sure if it is something to be concerned about . I have lexi and my moms cat while she is out of town. Lexi eats wet food. my moms cat eats wet and dry food . I give the the science diet wet and dry food. Lexi seems to like the wet food more than the dry food. However I notice that when I feed them lexi will eat her food and then eat the other cats wet food. I don't know if she is just eating until she's sick or what. I only give them like 1/4 can at at time because the wet said one can a day so I feed them a couple of times a day. I am just concerned since she threw up. I checked and it was food. Should I be concerned at this point? I just think that she ate too much food. She seems to be ok now... Any thoughts would be appreciated.

STEELERS NATION!!
I don't think you have anything to worry about my cat will sometimes eat to fast and get sick. If it was only one time it was more than likely nothing to worry about.

...didn't you see the Exorcist? Take NO chances! have an autopsy performed. Right away! Assume the worst. If nothing is wrong only then will you have peace of mind!

Run! :jameo:

My Dads cats tossed their cookies often. It happens if they eat too fast, or if they have a hair ball. there are alot of reasons to :barf:

another thing I thought if is that she constantly has the runny eyes and the stuffy nose. I give her meds for it, but I thought she may have had phlem or something she threw up. She hasn't done that for a long time. thanks for the suggestions :huggy:

You laugh...

:killingme Hubby and often joke about that... If we die and nobody finds us for days, the "girls" (Maddie & Ally) would probably feast!! :lmao:

...go ahead. Make big joke. I'm serious. Those little ungrateful bastards are either sleeping, sniffing crack, taking a nap, trying to trip you down the stairs or snoozing.

Cats will upcheck food and fur..or just a big fur ball..
Nothing to worry about unless you see blood in it or it is just a lot of water.
Let owners know that it is throwing up and perhaps a change of diet is needed.
Good Luck!!

My suggestion is to not walk barefoot thru the house early in the a.m. when you aren't quite awake or at night.
