Cats are so crazy

I have bought my two kitties every cat bed on the market, they will not use them. Today my son spent all day building an elaborate cardboard cat house, complete with an entrance, and stuffed with blankets. He even decorated the outside. So what do my kitties do? They refuse to go in it, they sleep on top of it!!

When my mom adopted her kitten I bought her a cute little bed to sleep in. My son plays with it, and the cat won't go anywhere near it.
