Dropping a quick note that the chesapeake bay running club is hosting a series of trail runs throughout somd. The first one is this upcoming weekend up in Kings Landing Park on Saturday the 7th.

Come join us, it's very relaxed and a lot of fun. Running on the trail is a great way to distract yourself from the fact that you're exercising.
If a formal race isn't your thing, feel free to join cbrc as we host social runs all the time at all pace levels.
