Because they themselves die, but also because ghetto scum are shooting up their 'hoods and killing little kids.
I'll bet cash money that the vast majority of these child homicides are happening in Democrat cities. But they're black, so Democrats don't care about that unless they can use it to get the tards all riled up and vote them into office, then promptly forget about it until next election.
Because the fact is that if kids can make it past their first year, they don't die all that often. UNLESS they live in a shitty Democrat city. Then their mortality rate takes a nosedive.
