certified electrician in st marys co

I am about to install a pool and in order for it to pass inspection, the electrical work has to be done by a St. Marys Co. certified electrician. The pool will be behind my shed that already has electricity to it, all that would need to be done is run a new wire from the shed to the pool. Does anyone know of a local handyman or electrician that is certified, that could help me out at a reasonable price? I will do all of the digging and any other labor that could reduce the cost. Thank you in advance.

You're installing this pool or having someone install it for you?

Usually if it's a bigger size above ground or an inground pool, the guys that install it will run the electric for it

If it's one of those "I bought this from Wallyworld" kind of pools....run a heavy duty extension cord from your shed to the pump

The is an above ground 30' round, 52" high pool. I am installing it my self and I would do the electric work my self as well, but when I got the permit they told me who ever does the electric work has to be St Mary's Co certified.

I got the shed from T....he use to work at SMECO

He put a GFCI plug in my shed and I thought that was the "norm"
The GFI receptacle is correct. If you have that and plug into it, you're fine. :yay: Not everyone does that though.
