Certified Examiner for the KMSHA

For anyone who may have a horse who is eligible for the Kentucky Mountain Horse Registry, I am now an offical examiner for certification under saddle and for breeding. I'm the only one in MD.

I'm trying to get RC ready to pass the test also, so we are both examiners, and can offer a complete certification. Certification requires two signatures.
